Sometimes, a warning message or a malfunction appearing on the autoclave is just a minor problem which can be sorted by customers themselves. The following part will help customers to diagnose a few problems and solve them.
Remember: Always speak to service technician first before you do any thing on your autoclave machine.

Already drained waste water tank, but machine still shows "Empty waste water tank".
Suggestion:
1) Drainage filter is blocked (change waste tanks drainage filter);
2) Drainage pipe connector is wrong way around (check drainage pipe head);
3) Float switch is jammed (move float switch up and down a few times).

Vacuum Test failed.
Suggestion:
1) Make sure chamber is COLD;
2) Checked and cleaned door gasket;
3) Make sure door gasket in right position;
4) Replaced door gasket.

Very bad water quality (malfunction E257).
Suggestion:
1) Empty and refill clean water tank;
2) For premium, empty and refille clean water tank, do a Drainage cycle;

Memory is full.
Suggestion:
1) Check output printer (or datalogger) power supply and data cable;
2) Make sure printer has been enabled;
3) Replace a new CF card.

There is no print out.
Suggestion:
1) Check output media power supply and data cable;
2) Paper roll is too big and stuck in the printer case;
3) Call technician to check machine's setup.

Data logger red led light keeps flashing.
Suggestion:
1) Try a new CF card;
2) Check if any of the pins in the logger slot is bent.

Low Pres (pressure drops below the required sterilization pressure).
Suggestion:
1) Is the door lock tied enough;
2) Does door gasket have any wear or tear;
3) Wiggle the "air jet" near the safety valve in the water tank;
4) Need to reset water inlet amount.

Low Water (There is insufficient water going in to chamber. It does not mean the water in water tank is low.
Suggestion:
1) Clean "water electrode" inside the chamber;
2) Make sure chamber is lower than 60°C.

Autoclave black out (machine could not switch on).
Suggestion:
1) Make sure power lead is connected properly;
2) Check On/Off switch at the power point;
3) Press red button at the back of autoclave to reset thermostat.

Add Water (There is plenty of water in water tank, but still showing Add Water).
Suggestion:
1) Move float switch in the water tank up and down a few times;
2) Replaced float switch.

Could not spin the handle to open the door even the pressure is around 100 Kpa.
Suggestion:
Try spin the door handle clockwise a little bit, then spin anti-clockwise to open the door.

Autoclave takes mush longer time than before to reach sterilization stage.
Suggestion:
1) Checked if door gasket has any wear or tear;
2) Is the door locked properly;
3) One of heating element maybe faulty.
